Custom Your Bag
Some clients come to us with a full design pack already finished. Others just send a rough sketch, a photo from Pinterest, or honestly sometimes only a sentence like “we want something cleaner and more practical.” Both are fine. We can develop a completely new bag from scratch, or adjust one of the styles we already make in the factory. Most projects end up somewhere in between anyway.
- For materials, we keep quite a lot in stock because waiting for fabric is usually what slows production down. We work with recycled fabrics in different colors, fire-resistant and cut-resistant materials, waterproof and oil-resistant fabrics, even aluminum foil materials for special products. Having these materials prepared in advance helps a lot when delivery time is tight. And yeah, clients care about durability now way more than before. People want bags that can actually survive daily use, not just look good in photos.
- Logo customization is probably the part clients spend the most time on. Some prefer a very small embroidered logo, almost hidden. Others want it big and obvious. We have our own embroidery machines, so the stitching comes out thicker and more textured instead of looking flat. Printing works too, depending on the style of the bag. Heat Transfer, Embroidery, Screen Printing… we usually just pick the method that fits the material best.
- As for functions, there’s a lot we can add now. Anti-theft structures, solar charging, UV sterilization, quick-release buckles, USB charging, RFID blocking — stuff like that. Not every bag needs every function obviously. A travel backpack and a business bag are completely different things, so usually we look at the actual use scenario first and then decide what makes sense.
- Packaging gets customized too, even though people sometimes forget about it at the beginning. Material, thickness, printed text, all of that can be adjusted. A better package honestly changes how the whole product feels when someone first opens it, and for shipping, stronger packaging also saves a lot of trouble later.

Design Consultation
The first step is understanding your idea. Some clients bring full designs, others only rough sketches or reference photos. We discuss the bag’s style, materials, functions, logo options, and target market together, then adjust details before sampling starts. This helps avoid problems later during production.
Backpack Design
This part is mostly about fixing the little things. Pocket position, zipper direction, strap width, how the bag opens… stuff that seems minor at first but feels very different once you actually carry the bag around for a few days. Usually there’s a lot of adjusting here, which is pretty normal.
Sample Creation
After the design is confirmed, we make a physical sample for checking. This is usually the moment when clients start noticing small things — maybe a pocket feels too deep, or the shoulder strap needs adjusting. We go back and forth a bit here before moving into production.
Production
After the sample is signed off, we move into bulk production. MOQ normally starts from 500 pieces, though it can change a bit depending on the project. This is when materials, logos, stitching, and packaging all come together, and honestly, timing becomes everybody’s main concern.
Quality Control
Right before shipment, we go through the bags again piece by piece. Loose threads, crooked logos, stiff zippers… those little things usually show up at the last minute if they’re going to show up at all. Bulk orders especially need extra checking, otherwise problems get repeated very fast.
Shipping
Once everything is packed, we arrange shipping based on the client’s schedule and budget. Some orders go by air because the deadline is tight, others move by sea to save cost. We also help prepare export documents, which honestly saves clients quite a bit of back-and-forth later on.
